Shift Times: Part Time / Mon -Sun / Flexible
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team. This role involves supervising staff while also working alongside them to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organise daily cleaning tasks and assignments
- Supervise and support cleaning staff on-site
- Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team when required
- Recruit, train, and onboard new cleaning staff
- Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters
- Approve timesheets and working hours
- Monitor cleaning standards and ensure all areas meet company expectations
- Report any issues or supply needs to the Area Manager
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning and/or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Flexible and reliable with working hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:
- Flexibility required based on business needs
- Role is based in Saggart
