About You
We are looking for a sales‑driven professional with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales role.
- At least 1 year of Contact Centre experience (preferred).
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling objections.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a results‑focused approach.
- APA/CIP qualifications or willingness to work toward them.
Your Role as a Sales Agent
- Sell motor, home, and travel insurance to AA Members and customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- No cold calling.
- Work 8‑hour shifts Monday–Friday, plus 1–2 Saturdays every 4 weeks.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the AA brand professionally.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
- Escalate complex cases when required.
- Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement.
