We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and person-centred Social Care worker to support two gentlemen living in Johnstown, Co. Kildare, to lead fulfilling, meaningful, and active lives within their local community.

The successful candidate will support two gentlemen who enjoy active lifestyles and value meaningful social connections, community involvement, and opportunities to pursue their individual interests.
One gentleman is a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoys attending live sporting events and following his favourite teams. The other has a strong interest in community engagement and is keen to become involved in local groups and activities, including chess clubs, Tidy Towns initiatives, and other community-based opportunities.
You will play an important role in supporting both individuals to develop their independence, build confidence, maintain social connections, and participate fully in community life.

QQI Level 7 qualification in Healthcare Support, Social Care, or a related discipline.

Experience supporting people with disabilities or in a person-centred support role.

Full clean driving licence.
