Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Immigration Support Assistant to assist with preparing and processing immigration applications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, possesses strong organisational skills, and is dedicated to providing excellent client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and organising documentation, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure that applications are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage documentation from applicants.
- Review documents to ensure applications are complete and all required information has been received.
- Organise and collate application packs for submission.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and application trackers.
- Contact clients regarding missing documentation or outstanding information.
- Communicate regularly with the Sales Team regarding application progress and client requirements.
- Ensure all information is handled confidentially and professionally.
- Provide general administrative support to the immigration team as required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A professional and customer-focused approach is key, with previous experience in administration or customer service preferred. Familiarity with immigration processes is a plus, but full training will be provided. The candidate should be a self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn and develop new skills.
Additional Information
- This is an office-based position, and applicants residing in or near Wexford are preferred.
- The role will initially commence on a part-time basis, 3 days per week / 8 hour shift.
- Following a successful six-month probation review, there may be an opportunity for the position to progress to a full-time role, subject to performance and business requirements.
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
