We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise the performance of a multi-site leisure
operations environment on Inis Mór. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, resource
optimisation, and consistent service delivery across all functional areas including our glamping pods, campsite and all camping facilities.
You would be overseeing and coordinating daily operations across multiple areas as well as designing and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control in areas.
Lead and manage teams, including training and performance management.
Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives across both our glamping pods and campsite.
Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure optimal resource allocation and stock levels.
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate on-site service functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and operational reporting to senior management.
Fluent English and Spanish required due to tourism needs.
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
