We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Senior Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in delivering high-end everyday beauty services while thriving in a busy environment. You must be hard-working, adaptable, and enthusiastic about continuous training and learning new trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nail treatments, showing high confidence in Shellac applications and premium pedicures.
- Deliver precision waxing services, including standard body waxing and specialised intimate body waxing.
- Perform high-quality eye treatments, including brow shaping, brow tinting, and lash lifts.
- Efficiently manage appointment times and maintain high-quality results in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Provide brilliant customer service by warmly welcoming clients, managing the salon floor, and confidently answering phone inquiries.
- Participate actively in regular upskilling sessions to learn and adapt to new salon techniques and services.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualifications: Candidates must hold a fully recognized international qualification (ITEC, VTCT, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or an equivalent certification) to be considered for this role.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on salon experience is strictly required.
- Environment: Proven experience working comfortably and efficiently in a fast-paced salon setting.
- Core Skills: Must be completely confident and independent in Shellac, pedicures, intimate waxing, and lash/brow treatments.
- Communication: Outstanding customer service skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Attributes: Hardworking, reliable, and highly open to learning, changing techniques, and expanding your skillset.
- Desirable Assets: A qualification in spray tanning or previous experience in laser hair removal is a distinct advantage (but not a necessity).
