We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing outstanding service in our restaurants, bar, and banqueting areas, ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
- Work across various F&B areas, including the restaurant, bar, and wedding/events functions.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in stock control and replenishment as required.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food & beverage service is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training provided).
