Your new organisation is a Chartered Building Company specialising in high-quality commercial fit‑out, refurbishment, and bespoke interior projects across Ireland. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional projects through collaboration, transparency, and technical excellence.Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Project Manager to join their expanding team.
Your new role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial fit‑out projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial fit‑out projects from contract award to practical completion

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and cash flows

Ensure compliance with BCaR, H&S legislation, and company procedures

Chair site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and design teams

Manage procurement schedules and subcontractor appointments

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Ensure high standards of quality control and finishing

Produce regular progress, cost, and programme reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within commercial fit‑out or refurbishment

Strong knowledge of BCaR, Irish Building Regulations & H&S requirements

Proven ability to deliver fast‑paced, high-quality internal projects

Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Strong commercial and contractual awareness

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight programmes

Trade or construction degree qualification preferred
What you'll get in return
In return for the above, you will work for an organisation that offers great flexibility and support for career growth and paid development.Salaries are in the region of €85,000 to €100,000 + either a vehicle or allowances, pension and performance bonuses.This position can also be paid on an hourly rate (up to €55.00 per hour).
Your experience level and what you can bring to the team will dictate where you fall in that range.You can also expect package reviews after a 6-month period.You will be given full project management autonomy.
