Delivery Driver (Cork City & County and surrounding counties on occasion)

We import and distribute quality Italian food and wine to the retail and catering sector.
The role involves:
Delivery
Load and unload van
Deliver goods efficiently and correctly
Ensure customer satisfaction
Handle necessary paperwork (invoices, forms, signatures)
Communicate correctly with customers
Dispatch
Load van with orders as required
Travel to our rented depot in Cork to load/unload products & plug the Company vehicle in
Vehicle
Inspect vehicle and immediately report any mechanical or technical fault
Keep record of mileage, fuel purchase
Drive the vehicle in a safe and conscientiously manner
Assume responsibility for care and maintenance of van (wash van and clean interior, take van to garage for maintenance and repair)
Always comply with HACCP requirements.
Carry out any other duty required by your supervisor
We are looking for motivated individuals
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Cork City, county and surrounding areas and suburbs essential.
- At least 1 years' experience in Cork City and completing multi drop deliveries nationally
- Clean B Driving Licence and age 25+ are a must. (For insurance purposes)
- Good verbal/written English is required
Salary negotiable depending on experience
