Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our serviced apartments as the preferred choice for corporate accommodation in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and industry trends. - Analyse competitors and assess market positioning to develop effective strategies.
2. Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, including companies, travel agencies, and relocation services. - Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and increase market share.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
4. Sales Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns. - Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
5. Networking & Partnerships
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our serviced apartments and establish connections. - Explore partnership opportunities with local businesses, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management. - Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends.
7. Customer Experience
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience for corporate clients from booking to check-out. - Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve services and offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the hospitality or serviced apartment sector.
- Strong understanding of the corporate travel market and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
