We are currently seeking an organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative and customer service skills to work in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage bookings using the company booking system
Coordinate accommodation, travel arrangements, and customer requirements
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
Respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update office records and databases
Assist with staff attendance and timesheet administration
Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets as required
Provide general administrative support to the office team
Deliver excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service experience is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent English required
