Job Introduction
We are looking for Dining Account Managers to act as the primary Sodexo representatives across a defined operating area, leading dining managers and on‑site teams to deliver exceptional operational, qualitative, and financial results. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding food quality and customer service, driving operational excellence, and motivating high‑performing teams while upholding Sodexo’s mission, values, and best practices.

Main Responsibilities

Purpose – instill a sense of food purpose into the teams and accounts

People – engage and develop a high performing team

Client – make our clients loves us, demonstrate value of Sodexo, and understand key driver of client and objectives and how we can support

Food – ensure best in class food is served and experienced, articulate this via client comms and reporting

Experience – Improve pupil and school overall dining experience
-
Reporting – Prepare, analyze and share appropriate client faced reporting articulating performance, people, and other key topics

KPI’s as per contract with client

Annual Budget – to achieve actual and strive to achieve stretch budget targets

Work to budget provided by Operational Director

The Ideal Candidate
-
Track record of success in a similar role
-
Experience with Sodexo policies, procedures and systems is desirable though not essential as full training will be given
-
Proven experience of developing positive client relationships and excellent client relationship management
-
Broad commercial experience and business acumen and knowledge of external industry developments
-
Experience in leading and managing a team
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Passionate about fresh quality food
-
Experience in hospitality/functions to the highest standards an advantage

Good organisational skills, and time management essential due to size of operation on sites

Experience working in a standards/compliance orientated environment

Self-motivated with the proven ability to work well under pressure

The ability to set and achieve standards and operate to performance criteria (KPI’s)
