Hotel General Manager

We are now seeking an ambitious and driven Cluster Hotel Manager to play a pivotal role in this transformation. This is an incredible opportunity for a hospitality professional to help shape the future of two properties in the heart of Dublin’s Temple Bar area and make a real impact during this exciting time.
Key Responsibilities
· Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across rooms, food & beverage, events, and guest services.
· Hands on role, responsible for running two properties and the busy Bar & Restaurant.
· Responsible for working with all HOD’s and supervisors on day-to-day operations across both properties.
· Involvement in delivering projects.
· Lead operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high standards of service throughout the property.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing on initiatives.
· Responsibility for assisting senior managers in purchasing management and time and attendance/payroll management and control across both properties.
· Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
· Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members and the company’s Team Member Experience programme to foster a culture of excellence.
· Monitor financial performance, assisting with budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
· Ensure full compliance with health & safety, employment law, and licensing regulations.
· Be a visible leader, motivating and inspiring staff while being warm and approachable to our guests.
· Manage all maintenance oversight and compliance on Fire, Health & safety, HACCP legislation etc.
Key Skills & Attributes
· Proven experience in senior hotel management (Operations Manager, Deputy GM, or similar role).
· Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to build and inspire effective teams.
· A passion for delivering outstanding guest service with strong attention to detail.
· Commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets and driving revenue.
· Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Hands-on, approachable, and solution-focused management style.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
