We are seeking an EA to support our Talent Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to the right candidate with an interest in Human Resources/Talent to work with a busy team in a large firm.
This is an ideal role for a highly organised and enthusiastic EA who enjoys working with a broad spectrum of people across an organisation.
About this opportunity
As an EA, you will provide
- Efficient administrative support, including the preparation of high quality proposals and presentations;
- Extensive diary management, using Microsoft Outlook;
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Assistance with correspondence and administration tasks;
- Preparation for meetings and work as part of the wider Talent team on projects;
- Update our document management system and provide accurate and timely assistance with efiling;
- Assist the Talent Director and wider Talent team with other administrative and project requirements.
- Take ownership of specific administration tasks within the overall team
- Work on dedicated projects within the team structure
Skills and Attributes:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an EA supporting Senior Management, preferably within a professional services/Talent environment;
- Advanced current working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Zoom;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner with an aptitude for drafting and writing;
- A high level of integrity, discretion and trust with confidential information;
- Adaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team;
- Approachable and highly professional in manner, with all levels of staff within an organisation;
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail;
- Proactive individual with a focus on taking initiative rather than just reacting to requests;
- A post-leaving certificate qualification e.g. degree, diploma/certificate in HR or secretarial studies, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- An interest in D&I
- Executive stakeholder management, has the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
