The successful candidate will be committed to providing the highest standard of services in support of adults to live satisfying, fulfilling and interesting lives. This position will require some flexibility including early mornings, evenings, sleepovers and weekend work. the sucessful applicant will hold a QQI Level 5 certificate in Health Care working towards same or equivalent. Be willing to take part in the community and embrace the model & ethos of L'Arche. Be person centered in approach and attitude. Have a good standard of oral and written English. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Experienced working with individuals with an intellectual disability - working with wheelchairs and other assistive equipment would be an advantage. A full driving license is desirable but not essential. Note: Only individuals currently resident and approved for work in Southern Ireland can be considered for this position. Garda vetting for this position will apply.
