Front of House / Café Assistant with a bubbly personality and great customer skills to join us from September onwards (or sooner!). If you are a natural multitasker who loves staying active and hands-on, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcoming visitors with a warm, bubbly attitude and delivering excellent service.
- Barista Duties: Crafting high-quality coffee and beverages efficiently (barista experience preferred but not essential ).
- Multitasking: Handling cash registers, taking orders, and managing food/drink presentation simultaneously.
- Hands-on Support: Keeping the front-of-house area, clean, stocked, and inviting.
- Teamwork: Collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Availability: Must be fully available for full-time hours starting in September or earlier.
- Personality: High energy, outgoing, bubbly, and genuinely passionate about customer care.
- Experience: Previous barista experience is highly desirable; hospitality or retail experience is a major plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Ethic: A proactive, "can-do" attitude—someone who naturally spots what needs to be done and does it.
- Legal: Must have the legal right to work full-time hours in Ireland.
