We are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Plumber to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for a diverse, hands-on role across live construction projects, reactive facilities maintenance, and planned service works. A wide variety of tasks, sites, and responsibilities.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of duties, including:
- Plumbing installations and first/second fix works on live construction projects
- Working on active sites alongside other trades to deliver project milestones
- Reactive maintenance callouts, fault finding and emergency repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works across client facilities
- Repair and maintenance of heating, water, drainage and sanitary systems
- Installation, testing and commissioning of plumbing systems
- Troubleshooting plant and equipment issues on commercial and industrial sites
- Attending client sites for service visits, inspections and remedial works
- Supporting project delivery with small works, upgrades and modifications
- Interpreting drawings, specifications and site instructions
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Completing job records, service reports and communicating progress updates

Requirements
- Qualified Plumber (recognized trade certification required)
- Experience in installation, maintenance and fault-finding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach
- Full clean driver’s license
- Safe Pass (preferred)
- Manual Handling (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
