Vacancy for Customer Service Person- Temporary Role until end of October 2026
The main responsibility of the role is customer service, this involves dealing with queries customers may have during or after their car rental with us. We aim to deal with problems, queries or complaints in a prompt manner as befits the global brands that we represent.
Other duties include reservations and general ad hoc duties.
Candidates will:
Have a good confident phone manner and excellent email correspondence skills.
Super organisational skills
Be fluent in written and spoken English
Have very good Microsoft Office Skills, including word and excel.
Full training will be provided
Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
