The Merchants Arch Bar and Restaurant, one of Dublin’s finest pubs in the heart of Temple Bar, is seeking a Part Time Bartender to join our Friendly and Energic Team!

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
We're seeking individuals who embody the spirit of traditional Irish hospitality, engaging with our customers, and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and Serving Drinks – Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink and manage orders efficiently.
- Customer Service – Engage with customers, fostering a friendly and inviting environment.
- Cash Handling – Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Stock Control – Monitoring stock levels and restocking bar supplies as needed.
- Maintaining Cleanliness – Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Comply with all Food | Beverage & Health & Safety regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of bartending experience in a Dublin pub | Restaurant setting.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of bar operations.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends and work up to 30 hours per week.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- You must be customer focused, have the right attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
