Sensori is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to join our growing European operations. You will take full ownership of BIM delivery across complex, high-value projects - leading a dedicated team of BIM professionals and driving best-in-class digital construction processes. This is a senior, high-impact position for a technically strong individual who can lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor the BIM team across designated projects, delegating workloads and overseeing performance

Ensure BIM deliverables and deadlines are met in line with agreed project schedules, with early escalation of issues

Establish and maintain clear BIM workflows from project commencement; provide weekly status reports on progress, constraints, and hours

Attend project, client, and site meetings as required; interface with clients and represent Sensori's interests

Produce 3D construction models from base design, P&IDs, and point cloud data; deliver detailing for isometrics and BOMs

Manage clash detection and resolution; design and detail services support systems

Produce GA drawings, prefabrication isometrics, detail sheets, builders' works schedules, and procurement schedules

Integrate discipline models into the federated model; develop coordinated MEP layouts and manage drawing registers

Carry out field surveying, on-site verification, and prepare technical reports and documentation

Collaborate with design teams, site staff, subcontractors, consultants, and the general contractor to ensure coordinated installation

Drive BIM strategy and continuous improvement; contribute to the development of Sensori's BIM protocols and standards

Ensure adherence to Sensori's CAD/BIM manuals, QA/QC requirements, and EHS policies

Mentor and guide BIM team members, including onboarding and training of new staff

Provide performance management and workload oversight for BIM personnel on designated projects

Experience & Technical

5+ years' experience in a BIM Lead role

Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, coordination, and clash management

Experience with MEP coordination on complex projects

Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software

Excellent MS Office skills
