Job Title: HRIS Support

Role Summary:
Reporting to the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager and working closely with the wider HR team, you will be a member of an ambitious, driven and innovative division of the business. The role will support HR process improvement, standardisation and system adoption across the Irish and UK business, with a strong focus on understanding HR processes, translating business requirements into practical system solutions, and helping to ensure that processes are clear, consistent and effective. The role requires a strong knowledge of the HR employee lifecycle combined with a strong aptitude for systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be based at our site in Grannagh, Co. Waterford and will be responsible for:

Assisting in the delivery, maintenance and optimisation of the Human Resources Management Information system (Corehr/PeopleXD).

Analysing current HR processes and transforming operational HR requirements into clear, Process driven system solutions.

Working with HR colleagues to understand end-to-end process requirements and using your HR knowledge to assist in defining requirements and recommending solutions that enhance performance and add value to the organisation.
- Documenting Standard Operating Procedures, process guides and user instructions for new and existing features.

Assisting in maintaining the integrity of existing data.

Management of the HRIS systems userbase.
- User training for new and existing features.

Trouble shooting user issues
- Working with other functions such as operations, finance and Payroll to ensure processes are aligned and supported by effective system integration.

Defining and delivery of standard HR reporting requirements.

Provide support to the HR team with any other general activities.

The ideal Candidate will have or demonstrate:

Candidates must have previous experience using HR administration software or HR information systems (especially related to Personnel, Recruitment, Talent Management and L&D (Corehr/PeopleXD/Qlikview an advantage)

HR qualification or related discipline.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Excel)

Strong organisational Skills, ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines;

Strong understanding of HR processes, with the ability to map workflows, identify process gaps and support practical improvements.

Ability to document clear procedures, support process compliance and communicate changes effectively to HR system users.
