We are looking for an Experienced punctual and reliable Kitchen Porter or similar with a passion for sea food to join our team:
Job description:
· Carry out all cleaning duties as per the cleaning schedule.
· Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
· Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
· Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.
· Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef
· Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries.
· Keep the food and supply storage areas organized.
· Taking in delivery
· To carry out duties requested of you by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
· Kitchen background essential
· Helping chefs with food production and preparation
Requirements:
· Previous experience working in a kitchen.
· Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong sense of urgency
· Good knowledge of HACCP would be an advantage; however, training will be provided.
· Good organisational skills and communication skills
· Strong attention of details
· Have a good command of English.
· Flexibility in shifts
· Ability to work as part of a team with good attitude and on your own initiative.
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
