The Newly Refurbished Springhill Hotel are now recruiting for an experienced bartender to join our team.
Requirements of the Role:
Previous Experience is essential, This is a very fast paced customer facing role.
To be considered for this role, you must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To prepare and serve a range of different beverages & cocktails, while providing excellent service to our guests.

Ensure a good knowledge of beverages, wine and cocktails & be able to make recommendations.

Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working in a busy bar environment is required

Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced environment.

Must be eligible to work in Ireland

Must be over 18 years of age

Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Must be flexible to work a range of shifts to include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
