Job description:
Join the fast growing fast paced team of Fitness Equipment Ireland. Our business has undergone large growth over the last 12 months and we are scaling up our staff. We have moved to Kylemore Park West, which is a larger, modern premises to meet our growth needs.
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team. This will be a wide ranging role, working closely with the managing director.
Property Management: Oversee all property-related tasks including lease agreements, maintenance coordination, and liaising with guests/tenants. Assist in acquiring new properties and preparing them for short or long term rentals. Organise and record all property related administration. Make site visits to properties for inspections.
HR: Manage HR duties such as processing time-off requests, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll activities.
General Administration: Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, including document management, scheduling, and coordination of office activities.
Managing Director Collaboration: Work closely with the MD on ad hoc tasks, special projects, and strategic initiatives as an executive assistant.

Suitable candidates will have:
2+ Years' experience in a similar role.

Pay: €38,000.00-€46,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- DUBLIN 10, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
Experience:
- Property or Admin: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- A Driving Licence (preferred)
