As a growing team of Zencorian beauty professionals, we are looking for a talented Nail and Beauty Specialist to join us on our journey to transform beauty standards one client at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nail services, including builder gel, extensions, manicures, and pedicures.
- Perform beauty treatments such as brow shaping, lash extensions, lamination, tinting, and other related services (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all treatments.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer care.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on beauty care and nail maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments, and be able to offer recommendations to clients.
- Always interact with any guest in a warm, friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Contribute to the smooth running of the salon, bookings, and general upkeep as required.
- Actively promote salon services, packages, and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Adhoc duties as requested by salon manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a busy salon environment.
- Clear communication skills
- Fully qualified with relevant certifications in nail and beauty treatments.
- Expertise in builder gel, extensions, manicures, and pedicures is essential.
- Additional qualifications in brows, lashes, lamination, and tinting are a significant advantage.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for beauty and client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically evenings and weekends
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle the demands of a busy salon
