Overview
LMH Engineering is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM coordination across projects from tender through to construction. You will manage BIM processes, coordinate models, oversee clash detection, and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards. This role also supports tendering through model-based quantity take-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination across all project stages
- Manage federated models and stakeholder inputs
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans
- Conduct clash detection and manage issue resolution
- Chair coordination meetings and track actions
- Support tendering with quantity take-offs
- Ensure BIM standards, workflows and documentation are maintained
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors and clients
Requirements
- Experience in BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and ISO 19650
- Proficiency in Navisworks, BIMcollab, or similar
- Experience with multidisciplinary models (Arch, Structural, MEP)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience in steel, modular, or data centre projects
- Revit / AutoCAD experience
- CDE and BIM certification exposure
