About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that requires someone who can confidently manage office administration, coordinate projects, communicate professionally with clients and suppliers, and support the day-to-day operations of the business.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and organisation
- Managing emails, documents, records, and filing systems
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and service providers
- Coordinating logistics and operational activities
- Supporting and overseeing wholesale department administration
- Assisting with project coordination and follow-up
- Managing supplier applications, account setups, and documentation
- Handling insurance-related paperwork and renewals
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and business documents
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Supporting management with administrative and operational requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
- Experience in administration, office management, operations, or a similar role preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
