A Public Sector Client is seeking a contractor with strong experience in technology supplier management, public procurement, contract management and technology service delivery. The successful candidate must be capable of engaging confidently with suppliers, internal technology teams, business stakeholders, finance and governance functions. They must also be able to challenge supplier proposals, monitor performance, identify risks, support issue resolution and help ensure that RSA receives high-quality, cost-effective technology service.
Overview of Role
The ICT Contracts Manager (Intermediate) will be responsible for supporting the effective management of technology supplier and procurement portfolio. The role requires a strong combination of technology understanding, supplier management, procurement experience, commercial awareness, stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline.
The role will be expected to provide practical, hands-on support across the
following areas.
Supplier and Contract Management
Technology Procurement and Renewals
Commercial, Financial and Risk Management
Governance, Documentation and Continuous Improvement
