The Oliver Plunkett is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.
We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader with proven experience in bar supervision who is passionate about hospitality, driven by high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced late-night environment.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated leader with a strong background in hospitality and nightlife operations with nighttime availability. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead by example during busy night-time service.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a bar or licensed late-night venue
- Minimum 1 year experience in a bar supervisory or leadership role
- Experience working night shifts, weekends, and busy late-night service periods
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication and reporting ability
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the bar team during busy night-time service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high-quality guest experience at all times
- Manage bar operations efficiently during peak trading hours
- Train, guide, and support new and existing staff members
- Promote a positive, professional, and energetic team culture
- Work confidently on your own initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing and safety requirements
- Act as the key point of contact on shift and escalate any operational issues to management as required
- Contribute actively to the overall customer experience within Reardens venues
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
