Lawson House Nursing Home is a family owned nursing home and are looking for Domestic staff to join our team to cover for Sick Leave/Annual Leave.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring IPC cleaning standards are maintained throughout the nursing home within bedrooms and communal areas on a daily basis.
- Laundry duties were necessary.
- Reporting and faults of equipment/furnishings to manager on duty.
- Following daily schedules and completion of paperwork.
- Keeping all areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Assisting catering department, providing meals and refreshments to residents.
- Assisting chef in daily scheduled duties along with completion of paperwork.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times essential.
Skills and Experience:
- Domestic experience in similar environment an advantage
- HCCAP qualified & Manual Handling an advantage, but not necessary training can be provided
