Noel McCarthy & Co , Chartered Certified Accountants, Statutory Auditors, Taxation Consultants are looking to hire an Office Administrator. Ideal candidate should have Microsoft Office & IT skills. Duties would include normal secretarial work, managing reception, managing incoming telephone calls, typing including audio typing, photocopying, scanning and emailing multiple documents, organising and filing physical records, managing outgoing post, office supply procurement and petty cash,. Previous experience in an accountancy, legal or other professional consultancy environment desirable. Bookkeeping experience also desirable but not essential.
