We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to join our growing team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor on-site carpentry teams.
Manage the day-to-day operations of attic conversion and residential refurbishment projects.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain efficient project delivery.
Read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Monitor site progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised worksite.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the project.
Requirements
Fully qualified Carpenter with proven residential construction experience.
Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Lead Carpenter.
Experience with attic conversions, extensions, or residential refurbishments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Full, clean driver's licence.
Pay: €52,671.51-€78,047.22 per year
