Fohntech Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Fabricators to join our team in Athlone.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble fabricated structures and components
- Prepare materials including grinding, bevelling, and finishing
- Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy and quality
- Install fabricated parts and equipment on site
- Align, level, and secure structural steel and mechanical components
- Carry out mechanical assembly, bolting, and torqueing
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements on plant and machinery
Key Requirements
- Trade qualification/apprenticeship in fabrication, fitting, boilermaking, or similar
- Welding certification or proven competency
- Valid right to work documentation
- Experience in Bracketry work, specifically the Hilti System
Other Requirements:
- Must be proficient with the use of hand tools and basic fabrication tools.
- Self-motivated.
- Must be proficient in reading blueprints.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
