Talent Choice is delighted to be partnering with our client, an established Dublin-based organisation, to recruit an experienced
HR Operations Manager to join their team.
Based in Dublin 7, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the day-to-day operation of a business while also having the opportunity to influence how HR is delivered.
You'll join an established HR team and work closely with senior HR leadership, managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
It's a broad role with plenty of variety, spanning employee relations, HR operations, people management, systems, reporting and process improvement.
What you'll be doing You'll take the lead across day-to-day HR Operations, acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and ensuring the HR function continues to deliver an effective and high-quality service across the business.
Your remit will include:
- Leading and developing the HR Operations team
- Advising managers on employee relations, employment legislation and HR best practice
- Managing more complex employee relations matters and supporting managers through resolution
- Overseeing key processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
- Managing HR systems, employee data and regular people reporting
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain current, compliant and fit for purpose
- Supporting compensation planning, benchmarking, benefits and salary reviews
- Overseeing payroll processing across Ireland and the UK
- Working with the wider HR team on learning and development, compliance and broader people initiatives
- Looking for opportunities to improve HR processes through better systems, automation and the use of AI
- Leading and contributing to both local and wider HR project
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who has already built strong experience across generalist HR and is ready to take ownership of a broad HR Operations remit.
You'll ideally bring:
- 3+ years' experience at Senior HR Generalist level or similar
- A relevant HR, CIPD or Employment Law qualification
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee relations
- Experience working within a larger organisation, ideally 250+ employees
- Previous line management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise managers at all levels
- Good HRIS and HR reporting capability
- A strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Experience overseeing payroll would be an advantage.
