We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. This role will support the research team on project delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding consumer behaviour, industry trends, and market dynamics. They will want to continue their research career in a research company that is driven by technology.

Using the Bounce proprietary technology to execute primary research studies
Survey set up and scripting
Assist in questionnaire design and client sign off
Collect, clean and QC quantitative data to derive insights.
Panel Partner liaison: Fieldwork & Translation management and optimisation
Account management: billing, contracting, user support
Support in preparing output and visualisations of findings when required
Provide administrative support to senior researchers, including document management
Work closely with senior team members to understand business objectives and tailor research accordingly.
Ensure research activities adhere to ethical and methodological best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounts, product development, and commercial teams.
Own fieldwork management across multiple projects
Manage project timelines and delivery coordination
Take responsibility for survey QC and launch readiness
2+ years of experience in primary market research, a related analytical role or as part of a brand or marketing team.
Naturally curious about technology and comfortable using digital tools to streamline and enhance research
Understanding and interest in quantitative research methodologies
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn
Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Serious Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in using new tools that are in ongoing development.
Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, or Python) is a plus.
