We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front of House Catering Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and enjoys leading and developing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our catering facility while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and customer experience.

Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers

Ensure Front of house areas are merchandised as per unit SOP's

Ensure that the catering facility runs smoothly on a day to day basis

Handle customer requests, feedback and complaints in a satisfactory manner

Complete weekly bookwork as required

Cash Management

Implement the highest standard of cleaning and Front of House maintenance and appearance
- Implement HACCP procedures and Health and Safety regulations

Ensure that the highest standards of Health and Safety and HACCP are maintained in the catering facility

Good leadership skills

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Experience in merchandising, brand promotion, and implementing marketing activities would be a distinct advantage.

Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing a team.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a high-end cafe, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

HACCP and Food Safety trained, with a strong understanding of food hygiene standards and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in cash handling and cash management, with good computer literacy skills.

A proactive team player who works effectively within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
