About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our busy office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate customer, supplier and company records.
Prepare quotations, reports, correspondence and other documentation.
Assist with scheduling appointments and supporting office operations.
Order and manage office supplies as required.
Support the wider team with administrative duties and ad hoc projects.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
Desirable
Experience within the plumbing, heating, construction or service industry.
Experience using CRM or job management software.
Pay: €34,500.00 per year
