The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for the data and reporting dimension of the TO's work. This includes defining data structures, building management reports and dashboards in Power BI, maintaining the data dictionary, and supporting data quality and governance activities. The role works closely with IT, Finance, the Transformation Lead and Business Analysts to translate business information requirements into reliable, automated reporting.
Design and document financial data structures, including field-level definitions, sources and transformation rules;
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to the agreed management information catalogue;
Maintain the data dictionary and data governance documentation on behalf of the TO;
Work with IT and system owners to understand data flows, integrations and quality issues;
Support the Management Information Definition and Data Structure Design projects as lead analyst;
Conduct data quality assessments and produce data cleansing recommendations;
Develop and maintain standard report templates for the Finance team and wider organisation;
Provide training and guidance to Finance team members on Power BI and reporting tools.

3+ years’ experience Data & Reporting;
Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modelling and report design;
Strong understanding of financial data concepts, both in general and specific to Business Central (general ledger, cost centres, dimensions, etc.);
Experience with data governance, data dictionaries or master data management;
Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems desirable;
Understanding of emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, insights, decision-making and business performance;
Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or Power Query an advantage;
Attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data accuracy and quality;
Ability to communicate data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
Relevant qualification in data analysis, business intelligence or information management desirable;
Strong stakeholder management.
