We are looking for a enthusiastic, sales driven, hard working, friendly candidate to join and manage our store in Navan Town Centre.
Manager Role
- Manage staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Monitor local competitors pricing and promotions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and companies health and safety measures.
- Organize and distribute deliveries.
- Support and drive sales staff achieve sales targets (Kpi's)
- Handle customer questions, praise and other issues.
- Managerial Experience essential
