General Labourer – Property Strip-Out and Clearance
QCare Property Maintenance is looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team on a 14-month PAYE contract.
Location: Specific site/property.
Contract: 14 months
Employment Type: PAYE
Pay: Approximately €120 per day depending on experience.
About the Role
The successful candidates will work as part of a team carrying out the strip-out and clearance of a property.
Duties will include:
- General property gutting and strip-out work
- Removing fixtures, fittings and unwanted materials
- Clearing furniture, waste and debris
- Removing flooring, units and other internal items
- Loading and moving materials safely
- General manual labour and site duties
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
- Assisting other members of the team as required
- Following all health and safety procedures on site
Previous experience in labouring, construction, property clearance, demolition, maintenance or strip-out work is an advantage but is not essential.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work. A good work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
Additional Driver Positions
We also have additional positions available for candidates who hold a full Irish driving licence.
Driver roles may involve transporting staff, materials and equipment, as well as assisting with property clearance and general maintenance work.
Long-Term Opportunity
This is a 14-month contract based at a specific site, with the possibility of an extension and further employment on future QCare Property Maintenance projects for suitable candidates.
