We are looking for a talented Head Chef who shares our ambition to create something truly special at Glovers Alley.
Working closely with Adam Nevin (Executive Chef), you will play a key leadership role in our Michelin-starred kitchen – leading the team day-to-day, driving standards and delivering exceptional food with precision and consistency.
About The Role
The Role

Lead the kitchen team and oversee daily operations

Take full responsibility in the absence of the Executive Chef

Ensure all dishes are executed to Michelin-level standards

Contribute to menu development and dish creation

Manage food costs, stock control and supplier relationships

Maintain HACCP, food safety and compliance standards
-
Train, mentor and develop the kitchen team

Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement
The ideal person has:

Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin star or fine dining restaurant

Exceptional culinary standards and strong technical skills

Passion for ingredient-led, modern cuisine

Strong leadership and organisational ability

Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

Calm, professional and solution-focused under pressure
