The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery of a largescale residential development in Killarney.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day running of the site
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Drive programme delivery and maintain project momentum
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture
- Liaise with project stakeholders and the wider management team
- Resolve site issues in a proactive and practical manner
- Support the successful handover of completed homes
Requirements
- Previous construction experience as a site manager / foreman
- Experience managing residential construction projects is preferred
- Commutable to Killarney
