The Role (Full Time / Part Time)
We are seeking our second dedicated Sales & Business Development Representative to spearhead our local growth. This is a 360-degree sales role that combines strategic lead generation with direct community outreach. This position is ideal for a high-energy professional who enjoys a mix of office-based strategy and field-based execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Prospecting: Conduct business-to-business (B2B) outreach to identify local business owners within the community.
- Field Marketing: Execute door-to-door lead generation, introducing the CityZoop brand and identifying key decision-makers.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to face-to-face meetings and closing deals.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work directly with the Founder to refine outreach scripts, map territories, and hit expansion milestones.
Requirements
- Location: This role requires a person to be available in Letterkenny, Ireland . It is not a remote role.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a sales, field marketing, or customer-facing role. Experience in door-to-door (D2D) or B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Mobility: Must possess a full clean driving license and your own reliable vehicle for regional travel.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build instant rapport on a doorstep or over the phone.
- Resilience: A self-motivated mindset with a proven ability to handle objections and meet targets.
- Commitment: Ability to work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week, primarily based from our Letterkenny office during the initial phase.
