Role Overview
Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Full -Time Driver to join our growing team based in Hyundai Kinsale Road.

Role Responsibilities:
- Safely collect and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service, maintenance, repairs, and appointments.
- Operate the dealership's complimentary shuttle service, transporting customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other agreed destinations.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with the utmost care and driven responsibly, adhering to all road traffic legislation and dealership policies.
- Conduct basic vehicle condition checks before collection and delivery, reporting any existing or new damage immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle collections, deliveries, mileage, and customer signatures where required.
- Plan routes efficiently to maximise productivity and ensure customers are collected and returned on time.
- Communicate professionally with customers, keeping them informed of arrival times and any unforeseen delays.
- Assist the Aftersales and Service teams with vehicle movements on-site, including parking, preparing vehicles, and moving vehicles between departments when required.
- Support the Service Advisors and Workshop Controller by ensuring vehicles are available as scheduled.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information and dealership operations.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies, GDPR requirements, and dealership procedures.
Role Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence with an excellent driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and well-presented at all times.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting the wider Aftersales team.
- Flexible and dependable, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
- Good knowledge of local road networks and safe driving practices.
