Full Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant required to manage daily activities, and prepare weekly payroll of 2 companies, with dedicated offices set up in each building.
First is a mechanical (HVAC) contracting company, second is a pub/restaurant business. Both companies employ circa 35 staff between them.
Main Office is located in Ballymount Dublin 24. Please ensure this location is viable to your own circumstances before applying. Another smaller shared office is located in Dublin 8
Duties would include weekly management and record keeping incl:
- Invoicing
- Data Entry
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll Preparation & Review
- VAT / PAYE Return Preparation
Ideal candidates will:
Have basic knowledge of the daily running of each company's respective trade,
Minimum 5 years previous experience with AR, AP, Reconciliation, etc
Experience with Intuit / Quickbooks Software & CollSoft Payroll Software an advantage
Have advanced computer skills with MS Programmes (Word, Excel, etc)
Experience with Internet Banking
This is a full time, office based position. Hybrid / work from home is not availble.
