Tender Touch Services t/a Tender Healthcare Services provides compassionate, high-quality care. We are hiring Support Workers to support our clients with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities;
- Deliver high-quality person-centred support
- Act as a Key Worker for allocated individuals
- Support personal care while maintaining dignity and respect
- Administer medication in line with policy
- Assist individuals to access their community
- Support daily household activities
- Complete care documentation accurately
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- QQI Level 5 qualification
- Qualification in Social Care or related discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice
Desirable:
- Experience working in disability or social care
- Full driving licence
