Key Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound queries from existing and potential B2B as well as B2C customers (phone calls, e-mail enquiries)
· Deal with customer price requests either directly or in coordination with local field teams
· In collaboration with senior colleagues, discuss pricing, contracts and service level agreements.
· Process factory orders on our ERP system
