Chef de Partie & Commis Chef

We are looking for both a Chef de Partie and a Commis Chef to join our established and experienced kitchen team in Roscommon Town.
We are a small, busy local gastro pub and restaurant with a great team environment. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, have a genuine passion for food, and want to become an important part of a close-knit team.

Chef de Partie – Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen environment.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a genuine can-do approach.
- Good knowledge and experience of implementing and monitoring HACCP procedures.
- A passion for food, cooking and maintaining consistently high standards.
- Flair, imagination and a creative approach to food.
- An interest in developing and contributing to menus.
- A contemporary approach to food preparation and presentation.
- A willingness to support, encourage and help develop other members of the kitchen team.
Commis Chef – Key Requirements:
- No previous professional kitchen experience is required for the right candidate.
- A genuine passion for food and an eagerness to learn.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn and develop within an experienced kitchen team.
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work well as part of a small, busy team.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
- Previous kitchen experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
