Experienced Sign Maker / CNC Operator
We are seeking an experienced Sign Maker / CNC Operator to join our team at one of Ireland's leading established sign manufacturing companies.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly skilled team producing bespoke signage for some of Ireland's most recognised brands, commercial developments, hospitality venues, and retail projects.
The Role
The successful candidate will have proven experience in the manufacture and assembly of high-quality signage and possess strong CNC operating skills. You will be involved in all aspects of sign production, from fabrication and machining through to assembly and finishing, ensuring every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble a wide range of bespoke signage to the highest standards.
- Fabricate fascia signage, illuminated lightboxes, built-up letters, wayfinding signage, and other bespoke sign solutions.
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
- Adapt to a variety of in-house manufacturing equipment and production methods.
- Work confidently with a wide range of sign-making materials including aluminium, ACM, acrylic, PVC, timber, vinyl, and LED components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production briefs accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within the sign manufacturing industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of fascia construction, lightbox fabrication, and general sign manufacturing techniques.
- Experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent assembly and fabrication skills.
- Good understanding of sign-making materials and production processes.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new techniques and machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to respond quickly to changing production priorities and tight deadlines.
