Full-Time Waiting Staff – 2 Years' Experience Required
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join the team at our new Café & Bistro. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position offering great working hours and the opportunity to be part of an exciting new business from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to all customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Ensure tables are prepared and presented to a high standard before, during and after service.
- Process customer payments accurately using the till system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the dining and service areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Address customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' previous waiting staff experience is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Reliable, punctual and professional in both appearance and manner.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends when required.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
